That's not going to be a problem if the flying CG is held in the 
forward 6" of the CG range.  A moderate size tab with moderate amount 
of travel will be capable of trimming the airplane over the entire 
speed range.  There will be stick forces to trim out with changes in 
speed, power, flaps, etc., as in an airplane,  but they are not an 
issue if accounted for during construction.
