My heartburn with PSRUs is the engine will be turning a lot faster and putting out more power at the higher RPM. The engine will not last nearly as long as if it were running at 3200 RPM wide open and under less stress from the power output. Also, there are lots of moving parts, and new points of failure that don't exist without them on the plane.
