Subject: Water temp gauge for Oil temp gauge

Craig;

I have been using one for my bird for over 20 years and haven?t had any
problems, I calibrated it using motor oil, a candy thermometer, and a propane
torch. I heated the oil up to the max of the gauge and compared the readings
to see how accurate the water temp was and noted any discrepancy for the cheat
sheet.

Let me know if you need further information.
