TIME OUT ON THE CONVENIENCE MAP!!! While this is a useful thing to have, it doesn't require the interaction of 25 emails in one day to set it up and get it running. Does the setup require the interaction of 800 subscribers? I don't think so. Please keep the list clutter to a minimum while ironing out the details.

Smart phone users are the worst offenders, either because they don't spend the time to delete the majority, don't know how, or just don't care...
