As long as he kept buying parts I doubt if they cared what he did. How about Casset racers that run their 0-200 all racing season at 3500-4000 rpm pulling high G's in the turns. I doubt that what Marty did would in any way expose them to liability concerns. The way Marty pushed his little KR I'm guessing he had more near death experiences than Langford with his four off airport landings. :-) Larry Flesner
