I just spoke with a Sonex owner at an airport lunch an hour ago and asked him about his Jab 3300 and problems he had. He said they had a pushrod problem but installed slightly longer pushrods. One of the reasons it would be "perfect" engine is the builder already owns one with a recent rebuild, providing it was a good rebuild. Switching horses at this point seems counter productive. Run of the mill VW's seem to have their own set of problems. Go with your own comfort level...................... Larry Flesner
