After considering the problem in greater detail and making some 
drawings I'm thinking the solution is not that difficult.  If you 
clamp the castings back to back, drill each hole and insert a bolt as 
you go to hold alignment, you can rotate the casting from the front 
side of one wing the back side of the opposite wing and have the 
holes match.  Cancel the order on the cnc machine.  Just don't try to 
use the casting on the front and back of the same wing without 
precision drilling.
