Every year at this time I have a problem with hard starting and rough running, today it was 50 deg's. The carb heat is on, but after start up it seems like it's flooding or missing. The engine is of 1981 vintage ( 2100 Revmaster ) that was never run since I installed it 4 yrs ago, It still has the original spark plugs and has duel bendix mags. I run the new Revflow carb as well. This is not a carb ice issue. If I lean it out on the ground it idles very smooth. Just not sure why I don't have to go through this in the summer.---------------suggestions???
