Hi Netters,
Over here a sailplane pilot found himself with full left rudder lock.Something 
on the right had let go and the left return spring pulled full left rudder.He 
evidently could not slip his foot under the pedal to correct.As a skilled and 
experienced pilot,he managed to reach a dam where he did what some called a 
slow sideslip into the dam.He survived but hearsay had it that the glider was 
damaged.I would not like to try this with a KR.Therefore,whatever arrangement 
you have on your KR,make sure that rudder lock can be avoided.
