Mark Langford may have to correct me on this one, but I believe he has on his site an illustration of the pressure developed around the cowling of a KR, and if that carries through to the bottom of the fuselage, you will not be able to close the window very easily,or maybe at all once open, and may find a drastic change in aircraft performance due to disrupted airflow/aerodynamics. If such high pressure air is allowed to enter the cockpit it may also strain/blowout the canopy/windows due to the lower pressure within the cockpit relative to the outside bottom air. I would do some serious checking before making this modification and then flying.
