Don't forget, like I did, that when you install the spar in the aileron
that the aileron has the same "washout" as the wing, 3 degrees
in my case.  I placed my aileron on a flat table and installed the
spar.  Later, when I mounted the wings again, the ailerons
didn't match the wing trail edge at both the inboard and outboard
locations.  I cut the glass at the spar for some distance on one side,
clamped the trail edge at both ends and floxed.  I then removed the 
aileron and repaired the cut in the glass.  

This procedure is only required for those builders that are dreaming
about flying the bird while they are building it. :-)
