HI KR builders. I'm trying to help out a local builder. His Stock KFM engine which I believe was originally made in Italy is giving him some trouble. Its been in a crate for 18 years as a kit plane. This spring he finished it but the engine will not build full static rpm and as a two stroke will not make it to the power band where its safe for take off. Any leads would be appreciated.
