Just for the record, I have ordered from the online catalog from AS&S for over a year with no problems. Don't phone in orders, just use the online ordering, trouble free. My order shows at the time of purchase what is in and what is not based on the database and asks if I want to continue, then informs me that backordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charge.
