Pickup a Piper Seminole Operating Manual and you will find that max operating G 
loading is 3.8 positive flaps up &  2.0 positive flaps down and 0 negative.  
Section 2 in the Limitations Section.  All certified aircraft have them 
published there.

If you go over the published weights you then do what Steve Jacobs illustrated 
and calculate the new limitations, AND then expect to test for ALL new speeds 
due to the changes that will occur to them due to the higher weight.
