Dan, Should work fine, total electrical system failure might still allow the engine to run, if you are running a magneto and if the ellison can run on very low pressure. by the way .7psi = approx 2.3 +- ft head pressure, may possibly require a little more as all my figures are based on ft/water. gas does weigh 25% less than water.
