John, Here is what I found in last years Wicks catalog. The new catalog I got at the gathering didn't have the breakout. I think this is what you were looking for. Sorry for the quality of the scan (It's hard scanning from a book). It's a pdf doc (adobe reader required), so you can save it to your local machine once you pull it up.
