Oh come on guys, weight and balance is easy!

weight times arm/cg equals moment or ie. Rt main 206 x 26in = 5356 Do the
same for all 3 wheels
Do columns and add all weights and moments
Then divide total moment by the total weight
Result is the CG location.
This is now basic empty weight and CG location. You will later add people, bags
and fuel.
Write down the standard numbers for pilot/passenger arm/cg location and for
fuel, and baggage since these don't change and make columns to later fill in.
Exercise that brain muscle. Adjusments are easy by using the amount of change
subtracted such as burned fuel, times its location equals change in moment, or
ie: (8gal x 6# = 48#) -48 x 22 = -1056
Subtract this weight from total takeoff weight, and moment from takeoff moment,
and divide new moment by new weight. That gives the new CG for landing.

Come on I am getting old and this is at least simple....

Waiting on the new prop!
