I found on my O-360 F1A6 (Cutlass)Lycoming that one prop mounting lug was a 
slightly larger diameter than all the others thus making relocation of the prop 
impossible. This engine is counterweighted and maybe the lug is oversized to 
ensure the prop always goes in the most balanced position. It was annoying 
because the blade finished up low down where you couldn't pull it through in 
the event of a flat battery.
