My static is simply vented inside the cockpit. Indicated airspeed is accurate to within 1-2 knots and varies about 1-2 knots with all vents opened or closed. (This could increase if I seal my cockpit better.) I have the static line terminating into a small foam filter I found at the auto parts store to shield it from any airflow inside the cockpit.
