 I can tell you that I was pretty nervous that something was going to happen 
to that plane, and therefore to Troy.  The canopy latches had me worried, 
and there are so many things different about this plane from any other that 
you just have no idea what to expect.  I suggesting waiting until another 
day several times, but said "no problem, I'm gonna fly it", and he did!

I'm sure glad he did though, because now I know that all I have to worry 
about is my flying abilities, not the airplane's flying abilities.  That 
will make me nervous enough, but to worry about "what if it starts 
overheating on climbout and I have to land it immediately with no chance for 
a go-around" and that sort of thing would be an overload for me...especially 
with no airspeed indicator or VSI.

I'm glad he did it, and I owe him a lot for it...
