Ron,
      I made my cabin wider and my canopy taller, so pre-molds would not 
fit.
I made my own formers and used 1/16th Hoop Pine plywood for my turtledeck.
So far, it is okay. If you are interested, I can tell you where to get it, 
in Houston.
The weight may be less than a pre-mold.
