I have a older 1915 Mosler engine that is doing the same thing, What type of
ignition do you have? I'm running an aerocarb I'm not sure if its the carb or
maybe the ignition is cutting out. Hopefully we can both figure out this
problem.

Recently purchased a Flying KR2, Revmaster 2180, Poza carb, without mixture
control. During taxi, at times, the engine misses one beat. Every now and then
the engine just dies alltogether and have to restart. It seems that it is a
random thing. I can't get it to do it at will. Is this a common thing of the
Poza carb? Should I look for another type of carb?
