Bob, On your e-mail page where you receive and read the e-mail, click on tools in the tool bar. Next click on options. When that opens, click on the send tab. Then go down to "Mail sending format". It will have two options, HTML and Plain Text. Check the HTML option and then click apply. That should do it.
