Rand Robinson will respond to your fax soon. They are a very small business and sometimes are very slow to respond. They only are in their office once or twice a week. If you are positive you want to buy a set of plans, mail them a certified check or money order in US funds and they will send the set of plans to you. Jeanette Rand (who is the owner of Rand Robinson and the wife of the late Ken Rand) is very honest and will make sure you receive the plans. There is really no need to try and call them, just send payment to them and you will get the plans very soon.
