....and for those of you gluing your two sides together.... remember when you were building models how you used rubber bands to hold the sides snug while the crossmembers were drying? You can use the same principal on your boat sides from nose to tail, (also top@ bottom). Just use old BICYCLE INNER TUBES in the same manner as you used rubber bands. You can get discarded tubes from any bicycle shop, they're glad to get rid of them.
Some of those cross members can be a !!@#&$!! to keep together to cure. Worked for me! Paul KR2s Erie, PA
