Larry,
        Are you referring to Wal-Mart¹s paint called Fleck Stone by
Plasti-kote?  I have used it before and I had to put it on so heavy to look
good, and I thought it would never dry.  But I never used a undercoat first.
Did you use a clear coat over it?
