That is one version of the new low-drag wing, see http://www.krnet.org/as504x/ There are two versions, one is commonly called the 16% airfoil and is for people who already have their spars built; and the other (the 18%) is for new construction. It's advantage is a taller spar which is somewhat stronger and also gives more fuel tank room. Allen G.
