I had been told by a number of people that I was going to have to drive 3 hours to the FSDO office and apply for the certificate in person. Like Joe, I kept putting it off until the time was getting short. I called the FSDO and asked it that was the case. The guy finally came around and just mailed me the certificate. I think it's whatever they feel like on any given day. Larry Flesner
