NetHeads, I have a pretty high quality optical tach that I'll bring to the Gathering. Anybody that wants to check their tach while flying is welcome to use it. It can be pointed at the prop from inside the cockpit and will give an accurate and steady reading. It's a TruTach II optical tach. Somebody remind me before the Gathering though.
