I got a reversing unit from Aircraft Spruce Part Number 05-00960 page 153. Works great and looks nice. It has two levers I use the Red ( mixture) for my trim lever. The only thing I did not like was the mounts so I made my own. I drilled holes through from the front to gain better access to the machine screws I used.Now its easy to remove.
