I got my first look at Lee Van Dykes KR2 today. I asked him to come to Buckeye Municipal, and sure enough he showed up. I was just getting ready for my third solo when i spyed him on the taxiway. What a nice stock Kr2, and what anice guy Lee is! We talked for about a 30 minutes about his plane, with my instructor Dave Evans.
I had to take off for my flight, cause I had to be at work, and didn't get a chance to talk with Lee again, for he was talking off, as I was landing. My instructor said the Kr looked like a rocket climbing out. Thanks Lee for the visit! I plan on coming to Chandler to see you as soon as I can. That visit has me wanting to get working on my KR ASAP!
