Chuck, I am interested in your KR-2 if it is a flying KR-2. I am not concerned about the interior and the headroom. I am large myself, but I will convert it into a KR 1.5. Do you have good records for it. Is it registered with FAA?
Here is my situation. I cannot get to Houston until December 19th, weather permitting, December 20th if weather is unfavorable. I want to trailer it home, rather than fly it. I have no idea about the geography as to where you have the airplane, but if you are out of the country by the dates I have given you, then could you leave my identification, which I will provide upon conclusion of the sale, with your airport personnel, so they can let me into your hangar to get the plane? My major request would be for you to have all the paper work in order and in an envelope which could be mailed to me when you send the receipt for my payment. I would also like for the wings to be off the plane and the connecting parts for the wings to be placed into two plastic freezer boxes labeled "left wing" and "right wing" so that it will be relatively simple to put the wings back on when I get to Indiana.
