Hi Randy: Is the epoxy hard, hard or still green (plyable)? If it's hard, does it have a waxy feel on top? If so you'll have to clean it off with a cloth and vinegar followed by a clean rinse rag. Dry it and scuff it with #80 grit and apply all of your layers followed by peelply. Cut your cloth bigger than you'll need for all of your patches and fill with epoxy (a wet layup) then cut out your patch pieces to size with a pizza cutter if you have one. Then fill the patch area with the wet cloth patches followed by the peelply on top. Don't forget to remove the peelply after the epoxy has hardened.
