My canopy is the light tint version and I would think it would be the preferred way to go, especially for daytime flying only. As to the clingy stick-on stuff, I guess you could always remove it if it didn't work. Seems to me it might be difficult to find just the right shade of stick-on film and get it applied without bubbles, etc. Larry Flesner
