Pete, I have seen them used on all Jabiru aircraft as well. I was keen on using them in my project at one time but decided against it because of the much higher friction they have. The ones used in the Jabiru looked lust like regular "Morse" or "Teleflex"control cables for marine use. Hope this helps.
