Well, I have had some concerns ever since a friend was killed in a Roll over forced landing in a Corby Starlet. I do have Carbon Fibre and glass in the front of my turtle deck, but seeing it is removable, I have been worried.
So over the pass few days I made a 4130 R/O/Bar similar from RV4. I drove down to discuss the design with a Aircraft Engineer. It weighs only 2 1/2 pounds and has two cables from the rear bulk head to stop it from folding onto me in a roll over.
