That his how I wanted to answer his email but could not come up with a short
version without getting rude. That is the problem ,some people seat back and
wait. If we did not cry wolf do you really think they would back down? In Texas
when the state decided to tax Corporation only those effected acted not enough
folks to stop it. Then 3 years latter they applied the tax to LLC, LLP and up.
not a large number of people no one listened. 2 years ago they included all
business. not enough people to defend it. What do we do? Just pass it on to the
customer. Government never stops until enough people yell.
