In that engine I would use 30w Castrol or 30w Valvoline racing oil and change it every 25 hours. ----------------------------------- Everyone is different. VW Engines Australia insist on 40w Valvoline change it every 25 hours for my Type 4 engine.They say it handles the head better????????????
