I will be installing my shoulder harnesses this weekend. They are the "H" type and my question is, where does the cross piece go? I have seen them in front across the chest and also just behind the neck. I can think of a couple of reasons for each location so maybe it doesn't matter but I want to be sure I am not overlooking something.
