I finally heard back via email from Larry Capps. Seems his internet provider was going overboard flagging emails as spam, so he didn't get my email until after that was sorted out. He is still offering the newsletter CD, but his contact info has changed from what is on the KRnet page. However I don't want to post all his contact info on his behalf without asking him. I sent him an email and said he may want to post a message to the mailing list letting everyone know how to get a hold of him.
