Sounds like you have a UAV Engines, LTD rotary, which is indeed made at the old Norton factory. When Norton went bust, the company was bought by a few of the employees and changed direction to the UAV business. I've been there twice back when we worked on a UAV project. They make the current engine for the Shadow. We were looking at them as a possible engine supplier, but went in a different direction.
