A simple 1/4 inch line that terminates in the top of the take will work. It can run to any point where a slight fuel slosh or leak due to expansion will not do damage. The only requirement is that the line exceed the top elevation of the tank at some point in the run. If one end terminates in the slipstream, it must be pointed forward to eliminate the possibility of a negative pressure. A line through the cap with a 90 or 180 degree bend, similar to aircraft from the 20s, 30s and 40s will work. Anything that lets air in without letting fuel out will do. Keep it simple.........
