Oh.  You can wait :)  I just finished what you are starting but I
painted the belly as well.  About 70 hours of priming and sanding followed
by 30 minutes of paint.

I used featherfill's younger sibling - slick sand by evercoat for priming.
I thought it was great stuff to work with.  High build, easy sand.
 A bit stinky.

She's ready to flip back over now!

I'm building a KRSuper2 and have the fuselage upside down for what is likely

the last time. Before I flip it back over, I'd like to prime and sand the

bottom. I've read about Smooth Prime but it seems a little expensive for my

budget. Anybody have any suggestions on a composite primer that goes on

thick enough to help smooth the glass surface? I can hardly wait to start

sanding.
