Thanks to all that responded for my request for decent moving map software. The one that really amazes me is Voyager. See details at http://www.seattleavionics.com/default.aspx . They have a 30 minute video that sums up an amazing capability...all of the stuff that I thought ought to be displayed is there, implemented as if I'd designed it myself. It ain't cheap, however.
