After reading Mark Langfords post I must respectfully dissagree. The only heat 
you will find on a Velocity is from the oil cooler. Given that the exhaust is 
much hotter the real deal is that the air coming into the cabin is still about 
the same, "hot". I have flown in well below zero temps at altitude and taken 
off in very winterey conditions and never was cold in the cabin. 
On my Cessna 150 there is no oil cooler as is most of the factory aircraft and 
that I feel is the primary reason that they use the exhaust heat. Why add a 
cooler just to get heat.
