I just converted mine to diehl tri gear. The bottom of the firewall is 22 1/2" from the floor. Nose tire is 3.40-3.00x5. The center of the prop hub is 37 1/2" from the floor. There is 4 or 5 inches of verticle tubing on the front of the strut that could be cut to shorten it. Hope this helps.
