I spent some time with my hat / shirt supplier this afternoon and the new cut off date to insure getting a hat / shirt at the Gathering is now 8/30 due to the Labor Day weekend and other considerations. I can still take orders after that date and possibly even at the Gathering for one more shipment but there will be an additional shipping cost of approx $8 to mail in the USA.
