Mike
I did receive your email and wa s going to see what offers I had on the parts I had for sale before I answered then went back to look for it again today and couldn't find it so I glad you got back to me. My problem with your proposal is that I want the cash for some avionics upgrades which I'm hoping to do in April. I don't know what time frame you had in mind so let me know what you are interested in and I'll see what we can do. You said its a 53 diameter but what pitch? I have a prop for sale which is a 54 diamater 52 pitch which is probably too much for a 1835 VW. If you would like to see how this prop is marled go to http://jackskr2.webstarts.com/ . In this case it is marked on the side of the hub but I think others are marked on the face of the hub and would require removing to determine the pitch. It's a 53" prop, on an 1835 (presumably HAPI) VW. 1) Is repairing such a crack safe/economical, and if so, how does one go about doing it? 2) What i _______________________________________ Search the KRnet Archives at http://www.maddyhome.com/krsrch/index.jsp to UNsubscribe from KRnet, send a message to [email protected] please see other KRnet info at http://www.krnet.org/info.html
