Well..I haven't been able to do much on N1333A as I've had a lot of
electronic repair work come in recently, but I did make another small
milestone. Today I took my first Civil Air Patrol "Form 5" flight
evaluation, and passed. So although I am not a mission transport pilot,
nor can I fly a search and rescue mission on my own (not enough hours
PIC yet) I can however fly their planes on my own dime and without
supervision, so I can increase my flying time and gain more proficiency.
I am categorized as a CAP "VFR Pilot". Another notch in my joystick!
Time to get back to stripping paint. i see why you guys sing the "I Hate
Sanding " song.
