Hi Jon, The new website works, now let's see some more <grin> How 'bout interior structure views, and rear quartering shots of the exterior. I'm working toward starting an amphibian project and plan on cedar strip construction for some of the lower surfaces. I expect the AeroCore is probably even lighter. I don't recall if the AeroCore had cove and bead edges, or if the edges were just squared off, are there large gaps between strips that have been filled with micro slurry? I agree with the previous comment that it is probably stronger than the conventional KR construction. As far as the FAA goes, you (the builder) is "certifying" the airworthiness of the ship.
